Hi,
I have been reading the posts, but still have have some questions
I have applied for 485 and its been over 8 months
a) Can I start and run a company with my EAD. By "Run" I mean I want to work for it and get paid
If possible I intend to keep my current job with the current employer.
b) Do I need some kind of special authorization from INS
c) Do I need some kind of authorization from the my current employer with whom my 485 is filed.
d) Any kind of implications (like tax related or others) that might an impact the 485 process?
