Hi,

Iam a H1B visa holder working for a different firm. My friend is planning to incorporate a business and he wants me to be a registered agent for the company. Can I be a registered agent for that company. Is that legal? please clarify.

I think u still need another H1B from the new company if you are going to be on the payroll
