Starting a business

I am on EAD for last 2 years. What are the risks if any of incorporating a company that I can start doing some business on the side while I am waiting for a 485 approval and then I can do it full time later after the GC is all done. Do you guys know any complications for taxes or status validity that I should be beware of. Thanks for your response in advance.

Inc not possible while at EAD

Dude, i hope it were as easy as that. The incorporation requires the owner to be a permanent resident or citizen of USA. The application will get rejected. On the other hand you can always register your business with the state.
