I have been approached to start a part time business with a couple of other people. (Both US citizens, not sure if that makes a difference). I am currently under an H1-B with another company. I intend to continue with my H1-B company while I try to grow the other business. Am I able to get involved in another company while under my H1-B? What other Visa (if any) would I need to get for the startup company?
