Start working for GC sponsered employer - Advice needed

Hello Attorney/Experienced Guys/Gurus,

I started my GC process with an employer (say company A) for future employment.
Got EAD/AP/I140 approved (see the signature for details). Presently, I am working with another employer (say Company B).

Now, I am planning to start working (by using EAD) for GC Company A for the reason that it may be better to respond to RFEs (that I may receive in coming days).

My questions are,
Whether this approach is correct?
Do I need to inform USCIS about this?
Are there any issues/risk invloved in this?

Greatly appreciated any experiences/suggestions/comments/Any other info that will help.

Case Details
VSC EB2 - Concurrent filing
ND 09/27/2005
EAD - AD 10/7/2005
AP - AD 10/14/2005
FP Code-3 done on 11/15/2005
I140 - AD 01/12/2006

No risk at all

There is no risk involved at all. In fact, as you said, it helps in answering any RFEs they may issue.

Hi gc_seeker_ks,

Thank you very much for your advice.
What about my second question? Do I need to inform (in any form) USCIS?

Thanks once again.

Not required if you planning to work on EAD.

Even my case is like yours

I'm planning to do the same now, as I received my I-140 approval in Jan'06 end. I asked my Lawyer and HR and they are suggesting the same.

I wanted to know that should I work for the actual GC sponsor company for as long as I receive my I-485 approval (which will belonger as affected by retrogation) or I can use AC21 after say 6-8 months and this work of 6-8 months at GC sponsor will make my case safe for any future RFE's in my case of future employment?

Hello Jaamra,

As my PD (September 2001) is current from March 1, 2006, I, hope, will be getting the decision on my case in near future. So, I have not thought of AC21 use.

Thanks!!
