I'm wondering if it's possible to apply right now for the L1 visa and if I'm eligible instead of receiving the VISA now , ask the USA embassy to issue it 6 months in the future. That is the time I need to prepare my company moving, and I don't want to waste 6 month on the 12 months visa just doing arrangements.
On the other hand I can't make business decisions here at my country if I'm not sure I will get the VISA.
Hope you people understand what I mean, since English is not my native tong.
