Hi,
Had a question about visa overstay for F1 visa. Does the 'visa overstay' period start immediately after end of OPT or does it start after the 60 day grace period after the end of OPT?
Is this the 'visa overstay'/'out of status' period that is considered for the 6 months, 1 year rule to trigger the 3yr, 10yr bans?
