1. Is it possible to start the GC process in the 6th year? Are there any risks associated with it, like you have to go back if LC is not yet approved by the end of 6th year, etc?
2. If you already have old PD (both LC and I140 approved), but if you dont have the documentation because the previous employer is not willing to provide it, can you still use the old PD? The only piece of documentation available is the I140 case number and printout of the USCIS webpage showing that it has been approved. No LC case number is available.
