I have a question on the start date specified in the H1B1 transfer application.
If the start date is 11/20/2005 requested in the application and later the approval notice also specified the transfer start date is 11/20/2005, but by the start date, the approval notice has not been received, is it ok to still work for the current company after the specified start date in the application?
