Start business while waiting for I-485 approval

I'm close to securing first-round funding to start my own company. I was hoping that my I-485 would get approved when I got funding. Obviously I was wrong since INS hasn't made any progress in I-485 processing in last two years.

I'm on EAD now. I-485 was filed two years ago. 1st FP expired. No RFE. No 2nd FP notice. My immigration is employment-based.

Suggestions?

i think u can start a biz

i think you should be able to start a biz

since u raised the capital u can pay urslef a salary
with the pay stubs

and if the RFE comes

u can ask ur VC to write the EVL.
