Start business on EAD

Is it legal for the spouse, who is the derivative and has the EAD to start a business?

Start a business in EAD

I would be very intrested in knowing the answer to the above question. I posed the same question to a lawyer and awaiting reply. Would update as soon as know something more about it.

I guess they can

As far as i know spouses can either start a business or work for any other company. There are no restrictions as long as they have a valid EAD.
