Hello Folks,
I am on H1B and currently thinking of starting a company with a American Citizen. I will be actively working in this new venture and my partner is willing to help me in adminstrative issues, etc. Basically he is trying to help me. So, gurus please advise as to which one to setup INC or LLC? i dont have any qualms of working for the new venture on H1B or anything.. just to do business.. thats all..
Please advise .. if possible please point to a source who can help me in this process.
