Hi:
I am currently on an F1. Thanks to the forums, my understanding is that I can start a company here and have it sponsor me for an H1. It is also my understanding that the company cannot sponsor me for a green card if I own shares in it. I was wondering, once the company is in place, if I could sell my shares and then have it sponsor me for a green card?
