I went to newark this morning and got it stampped. It was a pleasent experience. It took just took five minutes to get it stamped. The waiting time to get to the counter was 45 minutes. No questions asked by the officer. She stamped on the passport and said the card will come in 6 to 12 months though thats not the reality.
