Stamping

My postman has a reputation of making mistakes: he frequently mixes-up mail. Often-times I've found mail in my mailbox that was addressed to other people. I am sure he's done the same with mine too. Unfortunately it now seems increasingly certain to me that this is what that must have happened in the case of my approval notice from BCIS. I never got it depite the fact that my lawyer received it weeks ago.

My question to you is: can I go for stamping having only the notice received by my lawyer? Is there an opportunity to verify my address in the BCIS system at the time of stamping?

Your lawyer received the original, you are missing the courtsey copy whcih really doen not matter. You can take the copy your lawyer received and go for stamping. I do not think it is possible for the officer at the stamping site to veify your address in the system( I could be wrong onthis one)

The officers can verify you address at the time of stamping. Inspite of AR-11 , my address was updated but my spouse's wasn't, I corrected it there .
