stamping with courtsey/original

guys just a quick question does the green card go to the lawyer if you get the passport stamped with the lawyers copy and does it come to you if you get it stamped with the courtsey.
would appreciate if individuals who have info about this could share the same.

Would there be any problem with local INS office(mine is San Jose) if we go for stamping with Courtesy Copy.

You can even get your pp stamped without any approval copies as long as the local officer can find your record in the system with your A#. I know one person did it in Boston.
