Stamping Time in St.Luis ?

Hi Friends,

I sent my passport to St Luis on Jan 8 2002 and they recieved on JAn 9

I know Its taking long time, CAn you guys Please advice me how long it taking As per now .......coz now there are no holidays and Anthrax Issues.

And Any Phone No I can CAll to track the process
