Hi Friends,
Yesterday i have received the Approval notice (curtesy copy). Is this curtesy copy is enough to get stamping at Boston INS office. Also, do i need to submit the new I-94 card (bottom portion of 2nd H1) along with my original I-94 departure card which i got when i returned from vacation last year.

Also i heared that they will take fingerprints during stamping also. Is it like the previous FP process?

Friends who has done your stamping at Boston INS. please provide your ideas.

Thanks.

take all your I-94s (bottom portion of 2nd H1 too), Advance Parole, EAD, two photos. Courtsey copy is required and not the original. In my wife's case she was asked to produce courtsey copy when she gave the original first....
Relax and good luck for your future

immi41,

I submited my all documents like AP,EAD and I-94 card (original one when I enterd to US because I didn't leave this country yet) but did not give my second H1 B's I-94 botom portion and INS officer also didn't ask about it.

But I would suggest you to go with all papers. If they ask you can give them.

Yes, they will take fingerprints during stamping but it is not like the previous FP process we all had. That will take hardly one minute and it will be only for one fingure.

Good luck,

Immi41,

Can u please post, when ur case got approved and when u received your approval notice in mail ?

Thanks Guys..

Thanks Guys for all your information. I appreciate it. Yes. I am going to take all the documents with me and will give whatever the officer asks.

BabaPrasad,
Mine was approved on Oct'23 and received the approval notice on Oct'30.
