Stamping on wednesday only ????

My I-485 approval says that for stamping come to NEWARK on wednesday between 8-12.

Can we go on any other day . Are they open on saturday's

OR do the allow stamping only on Wednesday.

Can we go to any other location. I am in southern NJ.
