If the I-94 you have is expired then it is meaningless. I think you will be ok to tell them you did not get a new one after your approval. Show them your RTD if you have it and also the immigration judge or the immigration official letter of granting asylum(decision). Just take all the papers you have. San antonio is the processing center for green card in your area.
