Folks, I have a question on change of location for stamping and would appreciate if I could get some answers.
My friend's wife got approved for her 485 while she was in chicago, now she is temporarily staying in Buffalo, NY. Can his wife go to the Buffalo office for stamping with the notice mailed to her in Chicago? Also, as their permanent address is in chicago she would like her plastic card to be mailed to that address is that possible?
