My I-485 got approved yesterday, and when I tried to make an appointment for passport stamping through Infopass, I got a message that there are no appointments available.

I put in my zip code and it came up with the Washington district office. Does it mean I need to go only to that office for my passport stamping ?

Also, for the appointment, do I just have to keep trying ?

Thank you.

Yes.. you need to keep trying... especially during off-peak hours (after 5:00PM).

DC office is normally very busy and the last I read in one of the threads here.. some one got an appt on Jan 4th. Infopass appts are available in 2 week slots... i.e. appts are opened for 2 weeks and when are filled up, you have to wait till the next slot opens.

I got my approval just yesterday and tried the infopass around 530pm, I got a appointment for jan 12.

try the infopass in the off peak hrs.

Recent experience in PP Stamping at Falls Church Office

Anyone who did PP stamping at Falls Church office recently, please port your experience. How long the process take? What do they ask or check?

Thanks in advance

I did in Fairfax office... Took about 15mins. No questions.. Just submit your paperwork along with the APs, EADs, I-94, photographs. Take Infopass appt. This will make life a lot easier to get through the door.
