Stamping in Mumbai. Came here on H4, got H1. Visiting India.

Hi All,

I came in US on H4, got H1 here.
Now visiting India. Got the date for H1 stamping in Mumbai.

Has anyone seen/heard any issues with H1 stamping in Mumbai in this scenario. All my paper work is in order.

If there are any issues, I might consider getting my visa stamped in Mexico rather than in India.

If you already have got an appointment at Mumbai, stick to it. Consider Mexico only if you have US Education.
