Hi Jim or other gurus. Please advise me regarding stamping issue in Mexico. I cam to US on B1 (3 months) and before that expired I got it converted to H4 (8 months) .Meanwhile I got a job, got the H1 (since Feb 2001). I changed my employer in Sept 2001 and have got the new transfer approval notice in Jan 2002.
I intend to go to Mexico for stamping of the H1 with Victor\'s help in Feb 02.
I have never been out of the country since I came here first on B1.
Is it safe to do so?
What kind of questions I could expect.
What would be a good answer for: "Why did you change from B1 to H4?"
Please share your experiences and recommendations.
