Folks with the Stamping expereince in Chicago,

did you have to fill out so-called "ADIT" worksheet form while waiting for stamping ?

I need to take an appointment thru Infopass as my 485 was approved just today. Need couple of answers :

1) What all documents i need to carry other than the Infopass appointment cnfm, 485 approval, EAD/AP originals.

2) What type of photo (frontal, side etc) and no of copies.

3) any website which gives these details?

-Passports (obviously), DL

-It says in your approval notice. 2 Frontal Passport pictures.
