1. What Time should I go
Does not matter, but I heard Monday is usually the busiest, and Thursday quietest.

2. Do I need appointment
No

3. What should I carry with me
Passport and approval notice

4. What should I be careful about saying or not saying to the INS officer.
??? No one asked me anything!

5. Should I be worried about anything or is stamping is a formality after approval.
It's just a formality pretty much
