Stamping in Chicago...Problem

Guys, Finally got our 485 approval today, looks like we got approved
last week and took a week to receive the confirmation in mail.

I plan to do stamping on monday, but got few questions and concerns


1) The approval notice says side mug shot photo spec.
2) and it ask my to go for stamping anytime

But look like both are having problem, one of my friend was sent
back yesterday without stamping asking him to take an infopass
appointment before going for stamping, also asked him to get a
full frontal passport style photos.

Why does the notice say a different specs for photos ?
also having problem making an appointment online.

Anybody has any sugestions before I waste my 4 hour journey to chicago

Do we have to be a registered user to get an infopass online

The information I got about the USCIS happened yesterday

Stamping in Chicago, no problem

1. Take the InfoPass appointment.
2. Take full frontal photos, regardless of what the approval letter says.
3. Take a deep breath, drink a glass of cold water, pat yourself on the back, and enjoy your freedom. You're home free. Most of your worries are behind you now.
