Stamping in Canada

Hi,

If I go to Canada for H1B stamping and if denied, can I come back to USA
using AP?. Is it allowed.
In chennai consulate its taking 4.5 to get an appointment, so i am planning to go to Canada for stamping.
Would really appreciate your inputs.

If you can't come back using your valid AP (advance parole) what is the usage of getting it? I know its pain in Chennai consulate, and thats why you are seeking an easy way out.
