Stamping in passport in a different state

Guys,

I need some advice. I got my passport stamped in Detroit, Michigan on May 25th 2004. I am still waiting for my Plastic Card.

I got a job offer in Boston, MA.

1. Can I move there and put in a address change with BCIS for my Plastic Card.
2. If my Plastic Card does not arrive by the date (May 2005) when the one year LPR stamping in my passport expires, can I go back to Boston and get my revalidation stamp, instead of my previous place ie Detroit.
3. Will I have any kind of issues with respect to my GC.
 
I dont know if both states come under VSC. If yes then I don't think it will effect you.

Send AR 11 form. This is a requirment by law. You have to send this form within 10 days of your move.

Plus call customer service and give your new address. Also inform your service center about your new address. Do it ASAP.

You can ask customer service about the form which you will use to inform service center.

AR-11 will not ensure that your card is mailed at the new address.
Plus call customer service and give your new address. Also inform your service center about your new address. Do it ASAP.

I believe the form for this is G731<S> . Where S is your Service Center. But as suggested above please check it with the customer service center.
