Hi All -

I am leving for India for stamping in December. Earlier I was on F1(completed my BS in Electrical Eng.) then PT, and then H1B.

After I changed my status to H1B, I started attending university to get my Masters degree in MIS . While taking masters courses at the university, I completed the requirements for a certifcate course in computer applications. In order to complete my MS I have to take 4 more courses.

I wanted to find out if I should let the consulate in India know that I am attending university while working on H1B and submit my transcripts which shows I have competed the certificate course and am still due in completing my MS or am I better of not disclosing any of my masters program details, and just submit my BS degree/transcripts for my stamping?

Please advise.

As a general practice, you need to show only the documents that you submitted as part of your I-129 petition application. Do not volunteer more information than what's requested. If you did not mention Masters as part of your petition, then theres no need to add additional details unless specifically requested.

Take your other documents to show if required.

Best of luck
