We reached around 9.25 for the 9.30Am appointment. Security let us in immediately after showing the Info pass appointment ( Just made only one appointment for the entire family ( self, wife and daughter).
after the security check the information counter given me 3 Token number starting with D. Waited for about 3 minutes and then the Token was called. we all went to the same counter. The immigration officer ( lady) was very polite, Only given courtesy copy, Passport, Original I94, EAD ( No Ap was applied). Eventhough I got the notice date a dec. 8th 2004 for 485 approval, she told me that you became permenant resident on 11/29/2004 ( so there is a delay in sending approval notices ).. My self and wife they took finger print and signature, stamped all of our passport with temporary evidence of I551 processing valid for an year. entire process took only 30 minutes or so.
