I scheduled appointment using Infopass, and carried the appointment printout with me. My appointment was for 8:20am and I reched there around 8:17am. Parked my car on the street (metered parking at 15th and Callowhill Street). Walked to the building and the guard asked me if I have an appointment. Once I handed over him the printout, he asked for my photo id and then handed over the print out to another guy, who escorted me to the counter where lot of people were in line. He bypass everyone standing in line and handed my paper to the lady at that counter. She looked at photo id again and then took the printout and asked me to take a sit. Within 5 minuted lady at one of the service counter asked me to come to the counter. She asked for photo id and the reason for my visit. I gave her the approval letter, then she asked for 2 photos, APs, EADs, and passport. She took my signature and index fingerprint, and then stamped my passport. I was out by 8:40 am.

Documents I carried with me:
1) Passport
2) Two passort style photos
3) Two sets of APs (first set was expired)
4) Both EAD (first one was expired)
5) Coutesy Copy of the approval letter.
