stamping during the war

My passport was just stamped for ... 2 months. They said this was because of war and that I have to come back after 2 months to prolong this.
It could be easier to stay on visa...

I appreciate the info. I will be better prepared next time (in 2 months). Hopefully the war is over by that time.
