My 6-year H-1 clock expires Feb 9, 2008.
(1) I am scheduled to get my H-1 stamped in India on February 15, 2007. Given that the stamping date will be slightly under a year of the H-1 expiry, is there any issue?
(2) I have an offer from company B. Should I delay accepting B until after my stamping is done?
