Stamping DONE; Waiting for the Card; Is there a number to call

Hello I have finished my stamping in August, in LA.

I have NOT received my GC card, yet. Is there a number to call to find out if they have already mailed it and its lost in the mail or something ?

I have turned in address change as well, in the Stamping office.
