Required documents:
1. Passport (recommend that it's valid for min 6 months)
2. I-94 (if you lost it you should still be ok. just mention it if they ask)
3. Approval Notice
4. 2 Immigration style photographs
Optional
1. EADs (ok if you misplaced them; take them but don't volunteer anything. I still have both of my old ones because the officer did not ask for them)
2. 2nd form of ID - DL
Not Required, but I took them anyways
1. Old H1B Visas
2. I-130 RN (had case number which they can always look up)
