Guys - I am planning to go to Canada for revalidating my H1. I already have 2 H1 stamps (from Chennai) & this time I am planning to go to Canada for getting the extension. I have all the paystubs, W2 & other documentation in tact.
Is there any risk If i go to Canada with NO US education? Have you seen any positive or negative experiences? Please share info.
