I was at Santa Ana Federal Bldg at 4.35AM. There were 15 people ahead of me. 7.30AM we got inside the bldg...took the token after paper check process. There were only 3 officers at total 9 windows..GOD know what others were doing...
At 8.30 our number was called...papers submitted...PP, EAD, Photos and notice of approval...at 9.00 AM we got PP stamped after IBIS check.
My suggestion, go to Santa Ana center for Los Angeles based applicants...its much better to drive a little further than to stand in endless Queue. I preferred to reach the center earlier than late as we need not wait for long time. Any arrival till 10AM is accepted at Santa Ana as seen that time...(not sure of the limit on numbers).
