Stamping at Newark - Son's passport expiring in 10.5 months

I receeived my approval on Jun 28, after a looong wait (Filed in CSC WAC02147*). I plan to get the stamping done at Newark Wednesday, 14th July'04.

Have a question guys - My Son's passport expiring in 10.5 months whereas the validity of passports for me and my wife is atleast 2 years. Do you foresee any issues while stamping for my son. What precautions do you think we should take. Any help would do guys.. Thanks
 
Stamping is only temporary indication of holding a green card and to use all of its features till physical green card is available.

even if you stamp for your son. there is more chance that your son may get physical green card well before 10.5 months. once physical green card is available then stamping has no value.

My question was more in the nature of "Will they do passport stamping if the validity of ppt is less than 12 months?"

Can you pl help answer this?

FYI, my passport will expire next January (7 months) and I didn't have problem for stamping.
