Stamping at INS Arlington VA: what time should I be there?

Hello!

I would like to be one of the first when going for stamping at INS Arlington. Does anyone have an idea about what time I should be there for this to happen? I am thinking about 5am but would like to get some feedback from "experienced greencarders."
