The office is open from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. It accepts stamping on Tuesdays and Thursdays. No reservation necessary. No parking nearby so I parked across the Ala Moana Boulevard and walked acrossed to the old building. I went around 11:00 a.m., the security guard greeted me and asked if I had a reservation. I told him no and went through security. The line was about 15 people. Waited in line for 10 minutes, I went to Counter 1 and the officer told me take a ticket and wait at the bench. Waited 5 minutes and went to Counter 2. The USCIS officer made me sign the signature card twice. She gave me a paper where to inquire card processing and AR-11 for change of address. She stamped I-551 on the passport and wrote notations. She asked me if my address was current. Then asked me if I had any questions? I asked her other than waiting for card I have to do anything. She responded no. About 20 minutes processing time in total. It’s lot better than mainland, huh.

Sunny in Hawaii

Yes, forgot to tell everyone that USCIS building is an old building that does not have airconditioning at the waiting bench. It did have a nice breeze though. As to my profile:
