arrived at JFK-Boston at 7am, about 60 people ahead of me. you pass security, you wait inline to get ticket. The ticket lady will send you to fingerprint at the info booth (1 min), you go back to the waiting room for your number to be called. 8:50am they called our number. Presented I94, passport, approval letter, 2 photos. officer asked me for AP's. I did not give EADs since he did not ask. stamping process 5 min. told me card will take 6-12 months. 9am I was out of the building.
There is a place in the waiting room where you can take photos at $10 a pair.
I suggest you arrive between 6-6:30 so that you're out by 8 and still go to work.
