Stamp and I-89. Office issues and...Should we take children with us?

We received the Approval Notice for our I-485 about a week ago (California, no interview, 2.5 years waiting, one employer).
It tells that we should visit our local INS office for fingerprinting (I-89) to complete processing for our Alien Registration Cards.

I would highly appreciate if somebody could answer on my following questions ASAP:

1. Can we go to different local office from that address shown on the Approval Notice to complete I-89 and stamp passports? (to the closest one)
2. Does every INS facility which takes fingerprints can stamp passports?
3. Does anybody have experience of filling of I-89 and stamping passports not the same time?
4. Does anybody filled I-89 and stamp passports in California Santa Ana office?
5. My daughter is 7 years old. Should she go with us?

Thank you!
