St.Louis timeframe

Hello guys,

I sent my passport to St.Louis on Oct 8th, 2003. I have booked the tickets to India on Feb 12th, 2004. Do you think I will get my passport before that ?

This is my prediction... The probability of getting your passports by that time is 99%. But again I may be wrong. So...
 
Washington DC is processing Oct 6th applications(recd in DC NOT St. Louis) as of today and it takes additional 1 week for printing and mailing. Call DOS at DC and find out your DC date and it will be useful in knowing the approx date you will get back your passport.
 
it can take anywhere between 15 to 45 days .. there is no particular rule to how long it can take.
 
I called DOS Dc office, they said they received it on Nov 1st...and it will take 10-12 weeks from that time. I am being optimistic. I should get my passport back latest by Feb first week.
