My visa stamp is expiring Oct 15, 2003 and my 797 approval notice is till July2005. I heard revalidate visa in St.Louis is very hard.
Sinces my visa stamp still valid. i'm thinking going to Mexico or Canada (I got my previous visa stamp in Juarez).
Anyone have suggestion of my best choice to renew my visa? St. Loius or Canada or Mexico?
I heard victor garcia is back on service in Mexico, I used his service last time when i get my visa stamp in Juarez.
I have a friend got 221(g) denied from St.Louis and got a "cannot renew with prejudice" stamp. He followed all the directions but one thing i'm guessing the reason of his visa refusal is :
his passport expire nov 23, 03 and he sent his revalidate paper on Feb03, the denial stamp from DC on his passport is on April 2, 03. Technically his passport still within the 6month expire date, but i don't if this is the reason of the denial.
Did anyone got a "cannot renew with prejudice" before and later got their visa stamp, and how?
