SSN recieved within 24 hours

Hi,

My wife recieved her EAD this week. I applied for her SSN yesterday evening. She recieved here SSN today over the phone.. !!!!

It was easy. The process took 2 min. She saw the passport and EAD card and told us that we will recieve the card in mail within 2 weeks. We called the 800 number today and got the SSN.

I'm not surprised. Topic is slighly misleading, I thought you received the SSN card within 24 hrs, now that would be something.
