SSN-EAD- to Work

Do we need to apply for SSN (For H4 person) after getting EAD?
And I heard that we need to fill form I-9 to start work on EAD. Do we need to send this form to INS OR Employer has to take care of it?

Yes u need a SSN to wrok and form I-9 has to be submitted to the employer.

Your employer has to maintain I9 form. Just remind him to change the I9. Normally no one cares!!! Definitely dont send anything to INS. They will get (more) confused!!!
