SSN and ITIN Number--URgent

Hi,
I am filing 140 and 485 from Nebraska.
I have a question.
My wife came to US on H4 visa. She has an ITIN Number. But we took SSN for her in order to get Driver's License from PA.
Now in the paperwork for filing 140 and 485 should I use her SSN or ITIN Number? Can I use her SSN in the first place? If any body knows about the pro's and con's please do reply.

My friend used it. No problem caused. After getting EAD you have to remove the clause ' Not for Work' From your SSN.
