Guys, I was informed in Jan 2004 that an interview is required for my case, so Buffalo Consulate is transferring my case to LA. I would appreciate if somebody could answer to my below questions:

1) Should I go for CAIPS notes? If I get CAIPS notes, will that have any negative effect on my case? Can I really have better idea why in my case interview is required by reading those encoded notes?

2) What should I expect in interview? Please share your experiences...

Thanks,

1. requesting the caips file has NO effect on the processing of your case. its handled by a seperate office in canada
2. the file has some codes but the officers notes are in english. it would be very easy to understand the reasons for the interview. it would be very useful.
3. there are a couple of sites offering this services try http://www.caipsnotes.com or caips.ca make your own choice

good luck with the interview
