I have one EB3 with Software Developer title approved and PD is April, 2003. Now I plan to apply another ALC for a Senior Software Developer in the same company. My question is: " is that necessary that Sr Software Developer should performs 50% or more duties not performed in Software Developer?"
The attorney asked my boss to anwser that question. But as I know only if I want to use the experiece gained in current company then there should be 50% or more different. But I do not use any experience gained with current company, should Sr position be 50% or more different from no Sr. position?
